A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by VR-Parties.com.

1. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 28 days of the booking date.
If you cancel within 28 days of your scheduled event, we are unable to offer a refund due to staffing and logistics commitments. However, we will offer you a credit equal to the amount paid, which is redeemable for up to 12 months from the original event date.
If you fail to pay the remaining balance by the agreed time, your event may be subject to cancellation and your deposit retained.

2. Equipment Responsibility

All VR equipment remains the property of VR-Parties.com.
Clients are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage to equipment during the booking period.
A refundable damage deposit may be required depending on the event size and location.

3. Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe, flat, open space with adequate lighting and internet access (if needed).
Minimum space required for Spatial Ops 4v4 battle: 6m x 6m clear play area.
VR-Parties.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the event if the venue is deemed unsafe.

4. Staff Conduct and Authority

Our VR hosts are responsible for maintaining safety and order. Any guest failing to follow instructions may be removed from gameplay for the remainder of the session.
